- Fill in the request form with your name, organization, conference name, dates, deadlines, review type, and chairs.
- AGE reviews every request and emails you when your conference is ready.

Is it really free?
Yes. AGE offers the conference paper management system at no cost to conference organizers.
Who can request a conference?
Anyone who organizes an academic or professional conference. You will be the first conference chair and can invite the others once your conference is set up.
What do I need to provide?
Your name and email, your organization, the conference name and short name with the year, format (in person, online, or hybrid), dates, deadlines, expected size, and how papers will be reviewed.
What happens after I send the request?
AGE reviews every request and emails you.
Is my AGE membership account the same as my Conference Manager account?
Not yet. They are separate accounts for now. Joining AGE as a member does not create a Conference Manager account, and the reverse.
